Served as Editor-in-Chief of Journal of Food Science and Technology and\editorial member of Food Research International, Journal of Food Science\& Technology, Indian Food Packer and Dairy Technology Society of India. Serving\as editorial member of International\Journal of Food Science and Technology (Blackwell Publisher) and as subject\Editor of Proceedings of the National\Academy of Sciences, India Section B: Biological Sciences.
