Served as Editor-in-Chief of Journal of Food Science and Technology and\r\neditorial member of Food Research International, Journal of Food Science\r\n& Technology, Indian Food Packer and Dairy Technology Society of India. Serving\r\nas editorial member of International\r\nJournal of Food Science and Technology (Blackwell Publisher) and as subject\r\nEditor of Proceedings of the National\r\nAcademy of Sciences, India Section B: Biological Sciences.
